CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Harry T. Price called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Present were Councilmembers Pam Bertani, Doriss Panduro, Chuck Timm, and Scott Tonnesen; Vice Mayor Rick Vaccaro, and Mayor Price. Councilmember Cat Moy was absent.
No members of the public wished to speak. The City Council went into closed session with City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, and attorney Kevin Allen via Zoom (as to Item #2 only).
