CALL TO ORDER
Acting Mayor Rick Vaccaro called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Present in person were Councilmembers Pam Bertani, Cat Moy, Doriss Panduro, Chuck Timm, Scott Tonnesen, and Acting Mayor Rick Vaccaro.
PUBLIC COMMENT: No members of the public wished to speak.
The City Council went into a closed session on Item #1 with City Attorney David Lim and Interim City Manager David Gassaway.

The City came out of a closed session. The City Attorney announced that regarding Item #1, the City Council voted 5-1 (Tonnesen - No) to approve a contract with Mr. David Gassaway to assume the duties of City Manager with a salary of $285,000 and other benefits outlined in the agreement made part of the public record as Agenda Item #5 for the regular meeting of December 20, 2022.
