CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K.
Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy. Also present were City Manager David Gassaway, City Attorney David Lim, and Attorney Peter Glaessner.
No one was present via Zoom.
No one asked to speak at public comment.
The City Council went into a closed session on Item #1 (Taylor v. City of Fairfield) with attorney Peter Gleassner, City Attorney David Lim, and City Manager David Gassaway. Mr. Glaessner left the closed session at the end of Item #1.
The City went into a closed session on Item #2 (Police Activities League Building real property negotiations) with Police Chief Dan Marshall, Jennifer, Rice, Mr. Gassaway, and Mr. Lim.
The City came out of the closed session and went back into the open session. Mayor Moy adjourned the special meeting at 5:45 p.m.
