CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy were present in person. Councilmember Rick Vaccaro was absent. Also present were Acting City Manager Farbod Pirouzmand, City Attorney David Lim, Dwayne Dalman, and Jennifer Rice.
A member of StockFive company was present via Zoom but did not wish to speak. Another member of the public was present via Zoom but did not wish to speak. No one asked to speak at public comment. The members of the public were sent into the Zoom waiting room and ultimately logged off.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1 (StockFive real estate negotiations) with Acting City Manager Farbod Pirouzmand, City Attorney David Lim, and City employees Jennifer Rice and Dwayne Dalman. Ms. Rice and Mr. Dalman left the meeting at the end of Item #1.
The City went into closed session on Items #2, #3, and #4 (Edward Dayton) with Acting City Manager Farbod Pirouzmand, and City Attorney David Lim.
The City came out of closed session and went back into open session. Mayor Moy adjourned the special meeting at 5:32 p.m.
