Re: Green Valley 3 Apartments Letter of Support

Dear Mayor Moy and Fairfield City Councilmembers,

On behalf of Terra Realty Advisors, Inc., I am writing to express support for The Spanos Corporation and their proposed multi-family project in Fairfield. As a member of the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce and Solano Economic Development Corporation, The Spanos Corp. has been a committed supporter and community partner throughout our region. As a national builder of multi-family developments, the company builds projects that endure and enhance communities where they are built.

As a Fairfield resident and business owner, I am excited about the growth our City has experienced. This growth mirrors the diversity of our community and demonstrates the thoughtful planning from our current and past elected officials, appointed commissioners, and city administration who have made Fairfield an attractive option for residents of all ages and backgrounds.

The proposed Green Valley 3 Apartments project was thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of the community and will provide much needed housing for the area. The project is well-planned, considerate of the surrounding environment, and incorporates modern, sustainable features.

Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. supports The Spanos Corporation’s applications to amend the General Plan and Zoning to develop the Green Valley 3 Apartments and urges City Council to approve the project. Project approval demonstrates an understanding of the changing commercial market and addresses the need for more housing in the area and region. The development will be an excellent addition to the community, Fairfield residents, and the local economy.

Best Regards,

Scott Sheldon
President
