Dear Mayor Moy and Fairfield City Councilmembers
I am supportive of The Spanos Corporation's proposed multifamily project in Fairfield. I am earning my B.S. in Business Administration/ Political Science at Oregon State University and have identified Fairfield as one of my relocation options post -graduation. My grandmother, aunt, uncle, and cousins all live nearby and can help me establish myself in my chosen career sector. I am already entertaining job offers in the region and am excited by the prospect of an upscale apartment lifestyle option with so many amenities. I want to live close to my family and employer, but 1 also want to live somewhere that provides convenience and perks I enjoy.

The Green Valley 3 Apartments project has desirable amenities like a dog park, pool, and gym. Projects like this in Fairfield give young professionals like me an option to stay local instead of relocating to the Bay Area. As a young individual, the thought of modern housing facilities rich in amenities, where I can connect with other professional peers, is incredibly motivating.

I am supportive of the Spanos Corporation's project and urge the City Council to approve the Green Valley 3 project. Someday I hope to purchase my own home in Solano County, but as I build my career, I want to be close to my family. This project gives me, and other young professionals, the option to remain local but still experience luxury living and grow Fairfield's economy.

Warm regards,
Anthony Torrez
