Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order. Roll was called.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K. Patrice Williams, Doug Carr, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy. Also present were City Attorney Brandi Robinson, City Manager David Gassaway, Housing Services Director LaTanna Jones, and Senior Management Analyst Latanya Terrones
No members of the public were present. No one asked to speak at public comment either in person or via Zoom.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Government Code 54956.8) Property: 421 Madison Street (Sem Yeto) (APN: 0030-275-010) Agency negotiator: David Gassaway, LaTanna Jones, La Tanya Terrones Negotiating parties: Community Housing Opportunities (CHOC) and Partnerbuilt LLC Under negotiation: Consideration of Letter of Intent from Negotiating Parties The City came out of the closed session and went back into the open session. Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting.
