CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K. Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy. Councilmember Doug Carr was absent due to an illness. Also present were City Attorney David Lim and City Manager David Gassaway.
No members of the public were present. No one asked to speak at public comment either in person or via Zoom.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1 (Public Employee Performance Evaluation:
City Manager) with City Manager David Gassaway and City Attorney David Lim.
The City came out of closed session and went back into open session. Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:11 p.m.
