CALL TO ORDER 6:00 PM
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K.
Patrice Williams, and Mayor Cat Moy. Vice, Mayor Pam Bertani was absent.
City Clerk Karen Rees was absent due to an illness, so City Attorney David Lim acted as City Clerk.
Agenda Item #1 was called (Discussion and Direction Regarding the General Plan Update: Land Uses in Cordelia). City Staff and consultants from Dyeh and Bhatia and BAE Urban Economics made a presentation to the City Council.
The following 14 members of the public provided comments: Monica Brown, Wanda Williams, Chris Angle, Jose Green-Heffern, Brian Steele, Chuck Seefeldt, Pam Nelson, Brett Hogge, Jim Leland, Nora Dizon, Marilyn Farley, Duane Kromm, Lisa Howard, and "Jose" (online via Zoom) Following a short break, the City Council provided feedback to City Staff.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 8:47 p.m.
