CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, and Vice Mayor Pam Bertani. Councilmember K. Patrice Williams and Mayor Cat Moy were absent due to a family emergency and illness, respectively. Also present were City Attorney David Lim and City Manager David Gassaway.
No members of the public were present. No one asked to speak at public comment either in person or via Zoom.
Agenda Item #2 was postponed to a later date.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1(Conference with Legal Counsel - Thacker v. City of Farifield, Solano County Superior Court case No. CU23-03108) with City Manager David Gassaway and City Attorney David Lim.
The City came out of the closed session and returned to the open session. Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:22 p.m. .
