CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
On roll call were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, Vice - Mayor Pam Bertani and Mayor Moy. Councilmember Rick Vaccaro was absent.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
City Clerk Karen Rees led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC COMENTS
There were no members of the public present.
Mayor Moy asked for a moment of silence for the victims of war in Israel and Palestine.
PRESENTATIONS

1. IT Senior Management Analyst Shawn Smith and Public Works Senior Management Analyst Marisa Cumpian gave a presentation on Broadband. IT Senior Analyst Jasmin Acuna and CEO David Holstock of Geographic Technologies Group gave a presentation on the GIS Master Plan, Assessment and Strategy and answered questions from City Council.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
