CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K.
Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy. Also present were City Attorney David Lim and City Manager David Gassaway.
No members of the public were present. No one asked to speak at public comment either in person or via Zoom.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1 - Conference with Legal Counsel on Existing Litigation - Michael Ambrose Compromise and Release Agreement (Claims Nos. FFL2100050 and FFL2100041) with City Manager David Gassaway, City Attorney David Lim, Angela Broaddus, Farbod Pirouzmand, and Attorney Shannon Ripple (Zoom).
The City Council went into closed session on Item #2 - Public Employee Performance Evaluation: City Attorney with City Manager David Gassaway and City Attorney David Lim The City came out of the closed session and went back into the open session. City Attorney David Lim announced that regarding Item #1, the City Council approved a settlement in the matter of Michael Ambrose Compromise (Claims Nos. FFL2100050 and FFL2100041) in the amount of $60,000.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:32 p.m.
