MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K. Patrice Gassaway. Councilmember Doriss Panduro and Vice Mayor Pam Bertani were absent.
No members of the public were present. No one asked to speak at public comment either in person or via Zoom.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1 - Conference with Legal Counsel on Existing Litigation - Corey Reitmeier v. City of Fairfield, Keenan Sievers and Does 1-50 with Assistant City Manager Savita Chaudhary, City Manager David Gassaway (Zoom), City Attorney David Lim, Rich Osman, Chris Carmona, Erika Milton, Lt. Jausiah Jacobsen, and Police Chief Dan Marshall. At the conclusion of Item #1 Rich Osman, Chris Carmona, Erika Milton, Lt. Jausiah Jacobsen, and Police Chief Dan Marshall left the meeting room.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #2 - Conference with Real Property Negotiators re:
3365 N. Texas Street (APN: 0167-110-280 & 270) with Assistant City Manager Savita Chaudhary, City Manager David Gassaway (Zoom), City Attorney David Lim, Jennifer Rice, Dwayne Dalman, and Dave Zellers.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #3 - Conference with Real Property Negotiators re:
3365 N. Texas Street (APN: 0167-110-280 & 270) with Assistant City Manager Savita Chaudhary, City Manager David Gassaway (Zoom), City Attorney David Lim, Jennifer Rice, Dwayne Dalman, and Dave Zellers. At the conclusion of Item #3 Jennifer Rice, Dwayne Dalman, and Dave Zellers left the meeting room.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #4 - Conference with Legal Counsel on Existing Litigation - David Thacker v. City of Fairfield, County of Solano and Does 1-10 with Assistant City Manager Savita Chaudhary, City Manager David Gassaway (Zoom), City Attorney David Lim The City came out of the closed session and went back into the open session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
