Vice Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
On roll call were Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, Councilmember Doug Carr, Assistant to the City Manager Anna Guiles, and Lobbyist Jason Gonsalves of Gonsalves & Son.

There were no members of the public present.
PRESENTATION
1. 2024 State Legislative Updates —Anna Guiles, Assistant to the City Manager introduced Jason Gonsalves, who gave a legislative update. He stated he would present a report on legislative trends to City Council in February 2024, when Council is set to adopt the legislative platform for 2024.
CONSENT CALENDAR
2. Approve the August 14, 2023, Legislative Review Committee Minutes Councilmember Carr made a motion to approve the. minutes. Vice Mayor Bertani seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
3. 2024 State Legislative Platform —Anna Guiles, Assistant to the City Manager
