CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
On roll call were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K. Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Moy.
INVOCATION
Mayor Moy gave an invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Carr led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Jerry (last name not provided), Brett Barner, and Elaine (last name not provided) provided comment on Peafowl in the Rolling Hills neighborhood.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Resolution 2024-01 of the City Council of the City of Fairfield Approving Mayor's Appointments and Recommendations for the Calendar Year 2024.
Councilmember Tonnesen made a motion to approve the consent calendar, seconded by Vice -Mayor Bertani,. The motion carried 7-0.
NEW BUSINESS
2. Council Goal Priority Setting.
Consultant Janette Williams moderated a discussion of City Council goal priority discussion. City Staff gave presentations and requested feedback from the City Council. Each individual Department Head took notes on feedback provided by the City Council.
