CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Catherine "Cat' Moy called the meeting to order at.9:03 a.m.
ROLL CALL
On roll call were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K. Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Moy.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
No member of the public wished to give public comment.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Council Goal Priority Setting.
Consultant Janette Williams moderated a discussion of City Council goal priority discussion. City Staff gave presentations and requested feedback from the City Council. Each individual Department Head took notes on feedback provided by the City Council.
Councilmember Williams left the meeting at 11:04 a.m. and returned at 12:25 p.m.
Mayor Moy left the meeting at 11:45 a.m. and did not return. Vice -Mayor Bertani presided over the meeting.
