Please share this email with Fairfield City council members
This is in regards to your consideration of taking a stance for ceasefire on the situation between Israel and Gaza. I will try to keep this short so that you may please read and consider. I am out of town so can’t attend the meeting and will be flying home at that time so can’t zoom.
As representatives of the city of Fairfield, to formally support Israel observing a ceasefire, with the most barbaric horrific torture and murder of 1,400 innocent civilians and ongoing horrific and deadly treatment of kidnapped civilians by Hamas would be evil as well as dangerous to citizens of Fairfield.
What Israel is doing is trying to rid the world of those who are continuing this violence, the weapons and the people who continue to launch rockets attacking Israel even whenever a ceasefire has been in effect, who continue to teach all children in their schools to continue the hate, lies, violence, rape of children, destruction of western civilization, including in the United States. Any decent sane person would support Israel in this endeavor.
You will witness the hostile threatening behavior of those who want Israel to give up in your chambers during the city council meeting even if police are present. Please imagine how they act when they see a Jewish person outside when no one is watching? The city council officially taking a stance supporting ceasefire will be horrific for Fairfield and the extended world.
If you insist on addressing this war, the only thing that makes any sense is if you formally support the immediate release of all 136 people kidnapped from Israel. There was no war going on, they are not soldiers, they are innocent civilians still in captivity still being tortured physically and mentally.
I would greatly appreciate if you would let me know that you have received and read this email.
Thank you
If you question anything I have written or otherwise on this situation, I would be eager to communicate further.
Sincerely,
Jeni Wise
