CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K.
Patrice Williams, Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy.
No members of the public were present. No one asked to speak at public comment either in person or via Zoom.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1- Conference with Legal Counsel on Existing Litigation - Douglas Campbell (FFL2200164 and FFL2200180) with City Manager David Gassaway, City Attorney David Lim, Angela Broaddus, Farbod Pirouzmand, Shannon Ripple, and Police Chief Dan Marshall.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #2 - Conference with Legal Counsel on Existing Litigation - Dustin Joseph (FFL2100032) with City Manager David Gassaway, City Attorney David Lim, Angela Broaddus, Farbod Pirouzmand, Shannon Ripple, and Police Chief Dan Marshall.
The City came out of closed session and went back into open session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
