The City Council went into closed session on Item #1- Confi regarding Intersection of Highway 12 and Pennsylvania Ave Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Housing Terrones, Assistant Fire Chief Rob Herrick, and consultants Panighello, and Mr. Harshal Upadye Vijaykumar.
