MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K.
Patrice Williams, Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy. Councilmember Doriss Panduro was absent.
Ms. Katharine Van Dusen, Mr. Aki Patel, and Mr. Victor Chang were present for public comment and spoke on Item #1. No other persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1- Conference with Legal Council re: Pending Litigation re: APRR - Teardrop property (3365 & 3350 North Texas Street). Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Communicty Development Director David Zellers, and Ms. Jennifer Rice.
The City came out of closed session and went back into open session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:56 p.m.
