CALL TO ORDER
Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K.
Patrice Williams (Arrived 5:05 PM), and Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani. Mayor Cat Moy was absent.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1- Conference with Legal Counsel re: Existing Litigation - Workers compensation claim by Robert Murray - Stipulated Settlement Discussion, Claim No. FFL2200040. Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Attorney Keith Epstein (Zoom), Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand, and Assistant Human Resources Director Angela Broaddus. The City Council came out of closed session.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #2 - Conference with Legal Counsel re: Existing Litigation - Solano County Orderly Growth Committee v. City of Fairfield, et. al., Solano County Superior Court case number FCS059198. Present were City Attorney David Lim and City Manager David Gassaway. The City Council came out of closed session.
Vice -Mayor Bertani adjourned the meeting at 5:50 p.m.
