MINUTES
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K. Patrice Williams, and Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani. Councilmember Doriss Panduro was absent.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1- Conference with Legal Counsel re: Existing Litigation - Solano County Orderly Growth Committee v. City of Fairfield, et. al., Solano County Superior Court case no. FCS059198. Present were City Attorney David Lim and City Manager David Gassaway.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:39 p.m.
