MINUTES
Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K. Patrice Williams, and Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani. Councilmember Doug Carr was absent. Mayor Moy arrived at 5:15 PM.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1- Conference with Legal Counsel re: Existing Litigation - Workers compensation claim by James Velasco, Claim No. FFL2200058. Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Attorney Shannon Ripple (Zoom), Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand, and Assistant Human Resources Director Angela Broaddus.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #2 - Conference with Legal Counsel re: Existing Litigation - Workers compensation claim by E.F. Ryan Hughes, Claim No. FFL2100152. Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Attorney Shannon Ripple (Zoom), Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand, and Assistant Human Resources Director Angela Broaddus.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #3 - Conference with Legal Counsel re: Red Top Road Expansion Project. Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, and City Engineer Ryan Panganiban.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
