CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K.
Patrice Williams, Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Moy.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1- Conference with Legal Counsel re: Existing Litigation - Workers compensation claim by Chad Rowlett, Claim No. FFL1700058. Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Attorney Shannon Ripple, Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand, Assistant Human Resources Director Angela Broaddus, and Police Chief Dan Marshall.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #2 - Public Employee Performance Evaluation re:
City Attorney.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
