CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. City Manager David Gassaway called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Moy. Councilmember Rick Vaccaro was absent.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1:
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (Government Code 54957) - City Attorney Present were City Manager David Gassaway, Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand, and Attorney Genevieve Ng.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #2:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(2-4) Re: Vanden Road expansion project (Canon Station)
Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Assistant City Manager Savita Chaudhary, and Community Development Director David Zellers.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:56 p.m.
