CALF TO ORDER
Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K. Patrice Williams, Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Moy. Councilmember Doug Carr was absent.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1:

Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:10 p.m.
