Hello my name is Anna Nicole and I do homeless outreach here in Fairfield.
I have people right now that want to get clean and they’re telling me they can’t do it at Shelter Inc. There are people acƟvely doing drugs at our shelters. At City Church you have to want to change, and they don’t tolerate drug use to keep those who are on the good path on the straight and narrow. Friendly reminder that the City will be enforcing the laws on homelessness effecƟve December 1st.
