CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K.
Patrice Williams, and Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani. Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy was absent.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1:
1. THREAT TO PUBLIC SERVICES OR FACILITIES
(Government Code section 54957(A)J
RE.- CYBERSECURITYAND WATER INFRASTRUCTURE
Present were City Manager David Gassaway, City Attorney David Lim, Assistant City Attorney Julia Shakoori, Assistant City Manager Savita Chaudhary, Public Works Director Sanjay Mishra, and City Staff members Eudora Fleishman and Michael Hether.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Vice Mayor Bertani adjourned the meeting at 5:56 p.m.
