ORDINANCE NO. 2024-10
APPROVING THE SIXTH AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD AND CANON PARTNERS
LLC REGARDING LAND IN THE TRAIN STATION SPECIFIC PLAN AREA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Sixth Amendment to the Amended and Restated Development Agreement by and between the City and Canon Partners LLC, attached hereto, based on the findings set forth in the Recitals to the Sixth Amendment to the Development Agreement.
SECTION 2. The city manager is hereby authorized to execute the Sixth Amendment and to take all other steps necessary and appropria te to implement the actions of the City required by the Sixth Amendment to the Development Agreement.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days following its adoption by the City Council. A summary of this Ordinance shall, within 15 days after passage, be published in accordance with Section 36933 of the Government Code of the State of California with the names of the City Councilmembers voting for and against it.
