CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present, in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro (arrived 5:06 PM), Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K. Patrice Williams, and Mayor Cat Moy (arrived 5:09 PM). Vice Mayor Pam Bertani was absent.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1:
