We propose making the following repairs to (3) rooftop air handlers at the above project location. The following is included.
AHU #1 - Replace condenser coils and (2) Tandem compressors that serve circuit #1 and compressor #2 that serves circuit #2 (3 total compressors).
AHU #2 - Replace defective keypad.
AHU #5 - Replace condenser coils and compressor (CKT#2) New refrigerant driers, nitrogen pressure/leak testing for both systems, system evacuation, recharging to factory specifications with R407C refrigerant, system start up and check out.
Crane service and rigging.
Removal and disposal of old equipment.
Labor to complete installations.
1 year warranty on parts installed.
All repairs to be performed during normal business hours. (M-F ,7am-4pm) Any deficiencies found outside of this proposal are not included. A proposal will be given for any additional repairs needed.
