CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-282
DECLARING THE RESULTS OF VOTES CAST AND CANDIDATES ELECTED AT THE NOVEMBER 5, 2024, GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD:
1. The Fairfield Municipal Election of November 5, 2024, was regularly conducted and held.
2. The total votes cast at said Fairfield Municipal Election was 46,441.
3. The persons voted for, the office each person voted for, and the total number of votes as of November 30, 2024, for each person was

4. A copy of the Certified Statement of Election Results from the Solano County Registrar of Voters containing the number of votes given at each precinct to each person is set forth in Exhibit A to this resolution, which is hereby incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
5. Pursuant to Elections Code Sections 10262, 10263, and 10264, Scott Tonnesen is declared elected City Councilmember for District 2, Pam Bertani is declared elected City RES. NO. 2024-282
Councilmember for District 4, and Manveer Sandhu is declared elected City Councilmember for District 6, Karen L. Re es is declared the elected City Clerk , Arvinda Krishnan is declared the elected City Treasurer for a four-year term ending in November 2028.
