CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Catherine “Cat” Moy called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. City Manager David Gassaway called roll.
Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Rick Vaccaro, K. Patrice Williams (who arrived at 5:10 p.m.), Vice Mayor Pam Bertani (via Zoom), and Mayor Cat Moy were present in person.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #1:
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: City Manager David Gassaway
Present was City Manager David Gassaway and Ms. Janette Williams.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 6:29 p.m.
