CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-06
ACCEPTING THE WEST TEXAS STREET GATEWAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with McGuire and Hester for the West Texas Street Gateway Improvements Project (Project) on December 1, 2020, by Resolution No. 202 0- 234; and
WHEREAS, McGuire and Hester have completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and McGuire and Hester approved by the council on December 1, 2020.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January 2025, by the following vote:
