RESOLUTION NO. 2025-10
APPROVING THE CITY’S FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT
AND THE DRAFT SCHEDULE OF EXPENDITURES FOR FEDERAL AWARDS REPORT
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 37208 (c) of the Government Code, the Fiscal Y ear 2023-24 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and the Draft Schedule of Expenditures for Federal Awards Report (Single Audit), are hereby approved and ratified.
Section 2. The city manager and director of finance are hereby authorized to take all actions necessary to implement this resolution.
