22. NONEXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT
SFD acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is non-exclusive and Fleet may at any time, in its sole discretion, enter into agreements with other parties for any purpose (including for similar projects) deemed to be in the interest of Fleet.
