CALL TO ORDER
Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #F1:
