CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.m. City Attorney and Acting City Clerk David Lim called roll.
Acting City Clerk David Lim announced a change in the order of presentations.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy.
