CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-18
APPROVING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH FOLGER GRAPHICS, INC.
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Department produces and mails an Activity Guide three times each year to residents of Fairfield; and
WHEREAS, Folger Graphics, Inc. has submitted the most responsible bid for printing and delivering these Activity Guides.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. To approve the adoption of the Services Contract with Folger Graphics, Inc., attached as Exhibit A in an amount not to exceed $150,000 for a three (3) year term.
Section 2. The city manager is authorized and directed to do all things necessary and proper to implement this resolution.
