RESOLUTION NO. 2025-21
ACCEPTING THE CLEAN CA-SR12 BEAUTIFICATION IN THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD PROJECT AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with Marina Landscape, Inc. (Marina Landscape) for the Clean CA-SR12 Beautification in the City of Fairfield Project (Project) on November 21, 2023, by Resolution No. 2023-273; and
WHEREAS, Marina Landscape has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and Marina Landscape approved by the council on November 21, 2023.
