CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-22
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MARINA LANDSCAPE, INC. FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE CLEAN CA- SR12 BEAUTIFICATION IN THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with Marina Landscape, Inc. (Marina Landscape) for the Clean CA-SR12 Beautification in the City of Fairfield Project (Project) on November 21, 2023, by Resolution No. 2023-273; and
WHEREAS, Marina Landscape has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council; and
WHEREAS, per requirements of the Clean California Local Grant Program, the contractor is responsible for the maintenance of the improvements for two years after Project completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the city manager to execute a contractor services agreement substantially in the form attached between the City of Fairfield and Marina Landscape for landscape maintenance services in the amount of $171,000 for a two -year term beginning October 28, 2024, and ending October 27, 2026.
