CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on Item #F1:

The council came out of closed session.
