The Project consisted of relocating the 12 -inch water main, removing and disposing of the existing asbestos cement pipe, and installing a new 30 -inch butterfly valve.

Construction work for the Project began on December 2, 2024. An administrative change order was completed to reconcile the

extension of quantities of 12-inch PVC pipes. The final punch list was completed on January 10, 2025.

The construction authorization for the Project was approved for $346,061. This amount included a total bid of $ 288,384 and a 20% contingency of $ 57,677. The final cost for the Project was $327,016.07, which is approximately 5.5% below the amount authorized for construction.
