CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-26
ACCEPTING THE WATERMAN PIPELINE RELOCATION PROJECT AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with Perennial Construction, Inc. for the Waterman Pipeline Relocation Project (Project) on October 15, 2024, by Resolution No. 202 4- 244; and
WHEREAS, Perennial Construction, Inc. has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and Perennial Construction, Inc. approved by the council on October 15, 2024.
