CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-27
ACCEPTING THE CADENASSO DRIVE PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. STPL 5132-055 AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with Mountain Cascade Inc. (Mountain Cascade) for the Cadenasso Drive Pavement Reconstruction Project, Federal Aid Project No. STPL 5132 - 055 (Project) on January 16, 2024, by Resolution No. 2024-35; and
WHEREAS, Mountain Cascade has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and Mountain Cascade approved by the council on January 16, 2024.
