CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-29
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE EASEMENT DEED BETWEEN THE CITY
OF FAIRFIELD AND PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR AN EASEMENT OVER THE PROPERTY LOCATED OFF POPPY HILLS COURT MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 0167-100-160
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of the property located off of Poppy Hills Court , Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 0167-100-160 (Property); and
WHEREAS, Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) wishes to purchase an easement over the Property for the purpose of running electricity to the approved future DISH Wireless cellular tower; and
WHEREAS, the City and PG&E wish to enter into an Easement Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the Easement Deed between the City and PG&E for the Easement, as attached hereto, with minor or clarifying revisions as may be approved by the city attorney.
Section 2. The city manager or designee is hereby authorized to do all things necessary and proper to implement the above-mentioned transaction including executing any documents needed to manage and maintain the Easement.
