RESOLUTION NO. 2025-32
ACCEPTING AND REJECTING CERTAIN IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF DEDICATION CONTAINED IN THE LARGE LOT FINAL MAP RECORDED ON JUNE 13, 2019, IN BOOK 94 OF PARCEL MAPS, PAGES 1-8, SOLANO COUNTY RECORDS RELATED TO THE VILLAGES AT FAIRFIELD OPEN SPACE
PRESERVE PARCELS C, D, AND F
WHEREAS, paragraph (3) of the Owner’s statement within the “Large Lot Final Map of the Villages of Fairfield Village II,” filed on June 13, 2019 , in Book 94 of Parcel Maps, at pages 1-8, Solano County Records, contains irrevocable offers of dedication to the City of Fairfield for conservation, wetland, and storm drain purposes; and
WHEREAS, on that same large lot final map, within the city clerk’s statement, the City rejected said irrevocable offers of dedication; and
WHEREAS, City staff has determined that Parcels C , D, and F have completed the required maintenance and monitoring period as specified in Section 8.a of the development agreement between the City and Rancho Tolenas Corporation dated January 4, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City continues to reject the Irrevocable Offers of Dedication granted to the City for Parcel E.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. In conformance with Section 66477.2(a) of the Subdivision Map Act , the council hereby rescinds its prior rejection and accepts the irrevocable offers of dedication for Parcels C , D, and F as shown on the parcel map described above.
Section 2. The council hereby directs the city clerk to certify the adoption of this resolution and cause a certified copy to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Solano County in accordance with the provisions of Section §8336 of the Streets and Highway code.
