CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers/Commissioners Doug Carr, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor/Vice Chair Pam Bertani, and Mayor/Chair Cat Moy.
Councilmembers/Commissioners Doriss Panduro and Manveer Sandhu were absent.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council and Housing Authority went into closed session on Item #G.1:
G.1 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Government Code 54956.8) Property: Strassberger Industrial Park (City of Fairfield) - APN: 0170-221-010 thru-221-110; 0170-222-010 thru -222-130,
Agency negotiator(s): David Gassaway, LaTanna Jones, La Tanya Terrones Negotiating parties: BrightSky Residential, LLC and Eden Housing, Inc.; DSPM Group Capital Investments, LLC
Under negotiation: Consideration of Letter of Intent from Negotiating Parties Present were City Manager David Gassaway, Assistant City Manager Savita Chaudhary, City Attorney David Lim, David Zellers, LaTan Jones, and La Tanya Terrones. Ms. Osgood and Mr. Moheag made presentations for BrightSky. Mr. Donato and Mr. Powell made a presentation for DSPM Group Capital.
