A. CALL TO ORDER 6:00 PM
Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
B. ROLL CALL
On roll call were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, and Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy. Vice Mayor Pam Bertani did not attend.
Councilmember Pandurro led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
No members of the public wished to speak.
D. PRESENTATIONS
D.1 Biennial Budget Discussion
Finance Director John Furtado gave a presentation to the City Council on the budget. A general discussion followed. Various members of the public spoke on different topics.
No formal action taken.

Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 8:42 p.m. ff
