CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu (arrived at 5:12 p.m.), Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams (arrived at 5:03 p.m.), Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
